- Lead and guide a team of Talent Acquisition Specialists while maintaining a hands-on role in the full recruitment process.
- Personally manage and fill assigned vacancies, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality hires.
- Partner with department heads and senior hiring managers to forecast workforce needs, define role requirements, and align recruitment strategies with business objectives.
- Oversee and contribute to the development and execution of sourcing strategies across various channels (job boards, social media, networking, employee referrals, etc.).
- Ensure the creation of compelling, accurate, and inclusive job descriptions that attract qualified candidates.
- Conduct resume screening, initial interviews, and candidate assessments as part of your direct recruitment responsibilities.
- Coordinate interview processes, supporting both your team and your own assigned roles.
- Manage and optimize the full recruitment lifecycle—from sourcing and interviewing to selection and offer negotiation—for both the team and your personal requisitions.
- Ensure accurate and up-to-date recruitment data within the ATS and HR systems.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
- Foster a positive and seamless candidate experience across all recruitment touchpoints.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on recruitment metrics, providing insights and actionable recommendations for improvement.
- Stay current on industry trends, labor laws, and recruitment best practices, and guide the team accordingly.
- Collaborate with HR leadership to continuously enhance recruitment processes and tools.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
- 5–7 years of experience in talent acquisition; experience in the Construction Industry is highly preferred.
- Previous experience leading or mentoring recruiters is a strong plus.
- Experience with SAP SuccessFactors is an advantage.
- Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and recruiting tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS platforms, etc.).
- Familiarity with HR databases, ATS, and Candidate Management Systems.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and sound judgment.
