Job Description
- Accurately process sales transactions using the point of sale (POS) system.
- Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional service throughout their shopping experience.
- Handle cash, credit, and debit card payments, ensuring correct change and receipts.
- Assist customers with product inquiries and direct them to appropriate store sections.
- Follow company policies and procedures for returns, exchanges, and refunds.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth store operations.
- Monitor and report suspicious activities to prevent theft and ensure store security.
- Support inventory management by informing supervisors of low-stock or out-of-stock items.
Job Requirements
