On behalf of a leading software company operating across the EMEA region, we are seeking an experienced and results-driven Technical Project Manager to lead technology-driven initiatives and ensure seamless project delivery. This is a full-time remote opportunity open to candidates currently based in Egypt.
About the Role
As a Technical Project Manager, you will oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of complex software projects. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to align business goals with technical execution, ensuring high-quality solutions are delivered on time and within budget. Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project management for software development initiatives, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Coordinate between engineering, product, design, and QA teams to achieve seamless delivery.
- Define project scope, timelines, milestones, and resource allocation plans.
- Manage communication with stakeholders, providing regular updates on progress, risks, and dependencies.
- Identify potential risks early and develop mitigation strategies.
- Oversee technical documentation, sprint planning, and performance tracking.
- Foster collaboration and maintain a positive, results-focused team environment.
- Ensure projects meet quality, performance, and scalability standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
- 5+ years of project management experience, with at least 2 years in software or technology environments.
- Proven experience managing Agile/Scrum projects
- and working with remote or distributed teams.
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycles (SDLC) and project management methodologies.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Jira, Trello, or similar project management tools.
- PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certification is a plus.
- Fluency in English is required; Arabic is an advantage.
