About the Role
As the Lead Project Manager, you will take ownership of end-to-end project delivery — from planning and execution to stakeholder management and performance optimization. You will lead a team of project managers and collaborate closely with engineering, product, and design departments to ensure that all initiatives are delivered on time, within scope, and in line with business goals. This role is ideal for a strategic thinker who combines leadership, organization, and technical insight to drive excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and guide project management teams to ensure consistent delivery standards and best practices.
- Oversee multiple software projects simultaneously, managing timelines, budgets, and scope.
- Collaborate with product owners and stakeholders to define project goals, deliverables, and success metrics.
- Identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies to maintain smooth execution.
- Serve as the primary communication bridge between leadership, technical teams, and clients.
- Ensure all projects follow Agile or hybrid methodologies, depending on the project requirements.
- Monitor performance and conduct regular project reviews to ensure continuous improvement.
- Foster a collaborative environment that encourages innovation, accountability, and professional growth.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field (Master’s degree or PMP certification preferred).
- Minimum 7–10 years of project management experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership or senior PM role within the software industry.
- Proven track record of delivering complex software or digital transformation projects.
- Deep understanding of Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
- Fluent in English; proficiency in Arabic is an advantage.
