Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Architectural Project Manager based in Kuwait City. The responsibilities include managing and coordinating various architectural projects through all phases, ensuring seamless communication between teams, handling submittals, and creating construction drawings. The role also involves overseeing design development and ensuring that all projects align with environmental sustainability and industry standards. The Architectural Project Manager will play a key role in guiding teams and ensuring projects are delivered on schedule and within budget.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 15 years experience, (preferably in Kuwait) in Project management and managing all phases of architectural projects effectively
- Proficiency in producing Construction Drawings and ensuring adherence to design specifications
- Strong Architectural knowledge with experience in design development and project execution
- Familiarity with Kuwait Municipality Regulations and Permits is Essential. ,
- Strong communication and Management skills for team collaboration and client interaction
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field
- Prior experience in overseeing multiple projects simultaneously is a plus
- Proficiency in relevant design software tools and programs.
