Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Qurain for an Executive specializing in salad preparation. The Executive Salad Chef will
be responsible for preparing high-quality salads using fresh, natural ingredients; designing new salad recipes; ensuring food safety and hygiene; maintaining ingredient inventory levels; and collaborating with the kitchen team for consistent meal production. The role also involves ensuring timely and efficient preparation to meet customer orders and contributing to a positive team environment that upholds the company’s values.
Qualifications
- Experience in food preparation, especially in creating salads and fresh dishes
- Knowledge of food safety standards, hygiene practices, and maintaining ingredient quality
- Creativity in designing recipes and presentation of dishes
- Strong organizational and time management skills to ensure efficient food service
- Ability to work collaboratively within a kitchen team
