Responsibilities:
• Manage and grow relationships with new and existing clients
• Act as the main contact for accounts and projects
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution
• Identify growth opportunities and support business development
• Track account performance, KPIs, and forecasts
• Ensure compliance with contracts and deliverables
• Travel as required for client meetings and regional projects
Requirements:
• 2+ years’ experience in client or account management
• Ability to manage multiple clients and projects
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Healthcare or pharmaceutical experience is a plus (Gulf exposure preferred)
• Fluent in English (other languages
